/ Our history
It all started in 1997 with the dream of owning an assembly company.
Two good friends since childhood, Niklas and Magnus decided to buy a welder and then start assembling halls on their own. Norrlands Hall and Chapel had been born. After 18 years of activity in assembly and PVC, a business line was added to the company that would later become Consembly.Which in turn today constitutes the construction and assembly company in which we operate.

/NHC Group
2018
The parent company NHC Group was formed, which has gradually developed and today operates in several places on the Nordic market. NHC Group today consists of eight sister companies whose operations cover both different markets and industries.

/Consembly is formed
2021
The decision was taken to streamline the departments at NHC in order to better focus on each individual activity. The former construction department NHK bygg was thus broken out and the formation of Consembly AB was a fact.
Since its inception in 2021, Consembly’s financial performance has been very good with more than a doubling of the turnover it made in its initial year on the market. The workforce has increased by 60% since the start.
Already in 2022, Consembly had a turnover of approximately SEK 90 million and the organization had grown to 50 employees within the framework of the organization’s two business areas, construction and assembly. We are strategically located in Sweden and have operations from Norrbotten in the north to Skåne in the south with headquarters in Timrå.
